The machine is of semi closed loop CNC lathe with X, Z two axis controlled by servo motor directly . Two axis are slippery (hard) rail, with compact and reasonable structure and dimension.

Spindle achieves frequency conversion through the gear drive.  Through belt and drived by Frequency conversion motor, it can finish clamping one-time of various dishes, plates, shell, cam, mold and other complex parts and process of turning, hook groove, in (outer) hole and the ball, R angle, cambered surface, conical surface, the end surface, Metric unit or English unit single-head screw thread and multi-start thread, so it is suitable for the production of many varieties and large quantities products, and meet the demands of complex and high precision parts processing, especially has an absolute advantage to processing oil field facilities and the pipe hoop.
